The Dream Theatre Showcases
This Week's Dream Drama
From the archives of 13 years of her radio programs, The Dream
Weaver, Stephanie Doran, presents The Dream, The Dialogue, The
Decoding, and The Discovery:
Dear Dreamers,
Each of these Dream Dramas is selected for “The Show Case” for
a variety of specific reasons. There is no one criterion in order for
a dream or its meaning to qualify. I personally choose certain dreams
and nightmares from my collection of thousands of dreams recorded live
on my talk radio program, The Dream Weaver.
Each dream or nightmare selected is for the purpose of helping people
to better understand their dreams, and in doing so, to better understand
their waking lives, and themselves. Some calls and dreams are chosen
because the basic theme of the dreams and the reactions and emotions
of the callers are classic. Therefore, these dreams are experienced
by thousands of people who can be helped by hearing the call or reading
the transcript.
Some callers' dreams are chosen because the message of the dream is
quite obvious, and often, the obvious is overlooked. Again, these calls
and dreams easily turn on “light-bulbs” in the minds of
multitudes of listeners and readers.
Other callers and their dreams are selected to exemplify the gender
differences between men and women: How they think, how they process
problems, how they respond, how they live, and yes, even how men and
women dream differently!
Some callers and their impactful dreams and mysterious mind experiences,
both waking and sleeping, help thousands of people to better understand
their own experiences of premonitions, precognitions, visions, telepathic
and clairvoyant experiences, out-of-body experiences, after-death communications,
and more. These are rare glimpses and gifts, largely unexplainable,
and yet completely undeniable.
Then there are those callers who report their dreams and nightmares,
and then dance, dodge, and deny all my suggestions for interpretation.
While I am “covering all the bases,” trying so hard to
make a difference with this dreamer's life and understanding, I am “hitting
homeruns” with the listeners and readers
whose dreams and lives have strong similarities and who “get
it” right away.
No dream or nightmare will ever be showcased as The Dream of Week
or be presented on any part of my website for the purpose of exploiting
just gross, vile, or vulgar dream presentations. Dreams and nightmares
can be presented in extremely graphic ways, but the purpose of my work,
with my thousands of clients, my radio program, and on this website,
is to help you translate even your most bizarre dream depictions into
basic understanding and application of their messages to your waking
life.
If you are just looking for “the weird and gross” for
the shock value of “weird and gross,” this is not the site
for you.
If you are seeking to explore your graphic, dramatic, bizarre dream
presentations for understanding, for guidance, and for growth, you
are at the right site!
I invite you now to explore “The Showcase” for this week's
Featured Dream Drama. See what you can learn about your dreams, your
life, and yourself!
“Thank You For The Hat”
Marie
DW: |
Hi, Marie. You’re on the air with The Dream Weaver.
|
Marie: |
Hi, Stephanie, thank you. I had a cousin who passed away, and this week I had a dream where he came to tell me not to worry about him, that he’s fine and in a better place, and to thank me for the hat that I bought him to wear at his funeral.
I was just wondering…I feel weird about this dream… but I was really close to this cousin and…
|
DW: |
So you were very close, and your cousin passed away when, Marie?
|
Marie: |
|
DW: |
And you just had the dream? |
Marie: |
Two days ago. |
DW: |
And you had given him a hat, and he thanked you? |
Marie: |
I bought him a hat the day before his funeral.
|
DW:
|
The day before his funeral?
|
Marie: |
Yes, they buried him in it.
|
DW:
|
You gave him the hat after he had passed away? |
Marie: |
Yes. |
DW: |
And he came in the dream to thank you? |
Marie: |
Yes. The way he died was suspicious. The authorities suspect foul play. They found him hanging, but they think somebody else was involved, but they can’t prove it.
|
DW: |
And what did he say in the dream?
|
Marie: |
That he didn’t commit suicide and that he’s in a better place. |
DW: |
Marie, have you listened to the program before?
|
Marie: |
Yes, I have. |
DW: |
And have you heard other callers report their experiences of deceased loved ones who have made contact to bring messages and comfort?
|
Marie:
|
Yes, I have, and even earlier this evening
|
| DW: |
Marie, when people we love pass away, their connection to us does not end. When we have a mutual loving connection with someone who dies, their passing away does not change the connection or the love. They often come to us while we are in the dream state to tell us that they are fine, to reassure us, to bring us comfort, and sometimes to bring us understanding about their lives and even their deaths.
I am fascinated and touched that he thanked you for the hat that you had given him after he had passed away. He let you know: “I might have been what they call “dead,” but I was still aware of what you did and how you always cared about me. I want you to know that I still care for you.”
He also told you that he did not commit suicide which I’m sure brings you comfort, even if the police are never able to prove it.
|
Marie: |
Yes. He had started going to church, had just been baptized. He was about to get custody of his kids and was so excited about his new life. That was why it was so hard to accept the idea of suicide. I absolutely could not believe that he had killed himself.
|
DW: |
It’s always so hard to accept the idea of suicide. People automatically feel guilt and think over and over what they could have done differently. But your cousin told you the truth about his death and even thanked you for the hat.
This is so sweet, and it’s a clear demonstration and testimony of how close you two were and still are. I’m sure you woke up feeling that you had actually been with him.
|
Marie: |
I was kind of confused because I know he had died, but I was very relieved to know the truth about him. |
DW: |
That’s my point. Most people wake up feeling reassured, and the experience helps to take away the fear of death for all of us. In this case, it clears up the mystery of how he died, and now you can tell his family and friends that he did not kill himself.
|
Marie: |
Thank you for helping me to understand. I feel so much better, and now I’m excited to share the news with all of his loved ones. |
DW: |
I’m glad I could help, Marie. Thank you for calling, and know that your call and your experience helped thousands of listeners to better understand their after-death communications and to also be comforted and relieved.
“Thank you for the hat” is the sweetest and most poignant sentence I’ve heard in years. What a loving gift!
